This list makes use of Card of Sanctity to reload its hand after firing off all of its burn

If we focus on the first line, we notice three important things

Once per turn, you can Fusion Summon 1 LIGHT Machine Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your GY or field as Fusion Material

However, if it comes into danger, it has a Retreat Cost of one, allowing you to keep it out of harms way until you draw its next Stage

She also supports artifacts, produces more creature tokens than Urza, and is overall a stronger commander (what a surprise for a Brawl commander!) but in the precon she's held back by the fact that her tokens aren't artifacts and don't get support from the deck's anthems such as Tempered Steel and Steel Overseer
